This valved cat-back exhaust system is engineered for the 2023+ Corvette C8 Z06 to deliver an aggressive, high-RPM exhaust note while maintaining full control through the factory exhaust sound settings. The system allows the exhaust to be subdued during normal driving and more pronounced under performance driving conditions.
The exhaust integrates directly with the factory electronic exhaust valve system and installs as a plug-and-play assembly with no modification required. Development began with a full 3D scan of the OEM exhaust system using a Creaform Handyscan 700, allowing the exhaust to be digitally modeled and engineered to OEM fitment standards.
Sound tuning and dyno validation led to the use of a cast X-pipe connecting both cylinder banks to improve exhaust scavenging and reduce unwanted resonance. The exhaust valves are mounted on CNC-machined plates designed to withstand high temperatures and maintain reliable electronic operation. The system is constructed from mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel, with high-temperature thermal wrapping applied to help manage engine bay heat.
