These long tube sport headers are engineered as a direct replacement for the factory hydroformed OEM headers on the Chevrolet Corvette C8 E-Ray, reducing exhaust restriction and improving overall flow. Designed using CAD modeling and validated through dyno testing, the headers increase engine output while enhancing exhaust sound characteristics.
Extensive dyno development resulted in measured gains of approximately +25 crank horsepower (20 wheel horsepower) at 6300 RPM and +21.37lb-ft of crank torque (17.1lb-ft at the wheels) at 3300 RPM, with improvements observed across the usable RPM range.
