This titanium valved cat-back exhaust system is engineered specifically for the 2023+ Corvette C8 Z06 to deliver an aggressive, high-RPM exhaust note while maintaining full factory control over sound levels. When driven hard, the system produces a sharp, motorsport-inspired tone, while factory exhaust settings allow the vehicle to remain subdued during normal driving.
The system integrates directly with the OEM electronic exhaust valve actuators and preserves all factory drive modes, including Z-Mode, with no fault codes. Development began with a full 3D scan of the original exhaust system, allowing the exhaust to be designed digitally for precise OEM-level fitment.
Extensive sound development and dyno testing led to the use of a cast titanium X-pipe to connect both cylinder banks, improving exhaust scavenging and reducing resonance. The exhaust tubing is mandrel-bent from titanium, with valves mounted to CNC-machined plates designed to withstand high temperatures and maintain reliable electronic operation. High-temperature thermal wrapping is applied to help manage heat within the engine bay.
